Repeatedly sought out to align operational performance with corporate strategy for companies in fitness equipment/technology and health/wellness industries, Steve Borre currently serves as a member of the senior executive leadership team for Performance Health Systems (PHS) owners of the PowerPlate and BioDensity brands. Steve has had an impact on PHS in a variety of roles since 2006, initially with a focus on sales and marketing in markets across Asia. In this role, he leveraged his prior global manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial experience to drive profitable growth for the company’s two core brands: Power Plate and bioDensity. In 2016, Steve was brought in full time into the role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer International Markets where he oversees the company’s strategic direction in the global markets. Previously, as the Chairman and CEO of Kyosay Global, Steve led this U.S.-based firm specializing in turnkey Asia manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution operations supporting North American clients in fitness and health/wellness industries. The trajectory of Steve’s career began at W.W. Grainger, a U.S. Fortune 500 industrial supply company. Progressing through supply chain, product development, operations, service, and sales/marketing positions, he was named an officer of the company and Regional Vice President of Sales & Operations for a billion-dollar plus region where he played a pivotal role in generating record growth in markets of focus. Steve holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Illinois.
