Angie Miller

Angie Miller, MS, LCMHC, is a mental health therapist and fitness educator who speaks at global health and fitness conferences where she champions the connection between physical and emotional well-being. Angie’s experience in fitness leadership led her to Northern Illinois University, where she taught stress management and sport psychology before returning to the field of mental health. Presently, she works as a psychotherapist for Atrium Health, and recently launched Emotional Motion, a virtual retreat experience for midlife women. A master instructor with the National Academy of Sports Medicine® (NASM), Angie also writes for fitness journals and digital communities and produces a weekly podcast called Strong Mind, Strong Body for NASM. Additionally, she films educational videos and fitness content for the Athletics and Fitness Association of America® (AFAA) and Gaiam TV. Angie holds a master’s degree in counseling.
