Julien Bera is Country Director, Singapore & Thailand at Virgin Active.

With a clear mandate to innovate and continually raise the bar, he is focused on strengthening the Virgin Active difference—delivering premium, social wellness experiences that have positioned the brand as a leading social wellness club in both Singapore and Thailand.

He is passionate about customer needs and delivering personalized experiences, shaped by 20 years in international retail and wellness roles, including the past 15 years based in Asia.

Julien is a committed sport and wellbeing advocate. He is a regular in-club—with personal training and Reformer Pilates classes being his favourite—and competes in Padel tournaments across Southeast Asia.

Outside of training and performance, he unwinds through travel, enjoying new places, cultures, and good conversations over a meal and a glass of wine.”
