Eric Falardeau is a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Montreal office.
Eric is a leader within McKinsey’s Consumer practice, with particular expertise in the area of Health & Wellness.
As the leader of McKinsey’s Fitness Practice globally, he has had the opportunity to serve various players playing in the sector (premium, mid-tier, and value Fitness centers / Fitness studios / Health & Wellness aggregators / Health & Wellness digital solutions, equipment manufacturers) and geographies (North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia, Australia, Africa).
Amongst other things, Eric has experience in helping consumer-facing companies build strategies (including branding and innovation) or strengthen their value propositions (including advanced analytics) to accelerate growth. Eric has also built new businesses from scratch (including in Fitness), acting as initial GM, both with clients and prior to McKinsey, and has led enterprise-wide transformations across industries including food, consumer goods, toys and Financial Services. Eric has a BA from the John Molson School of Business. Prior to joining McKinsey, Eric had experience in a few early stage start-ups and worked at Tetra Pak in Sao Paulo, Brazil and Toronto, Canada in sales and marketing leadership roles.
Eric is also a speaker at Beyond Activ AMERICAS in New York, USA.
