Lindsay Madden-Nadeau is the Senior Director Wellness Strategy at Red Sea Global.
She spent the past 22 years working across the globe for some of the most prestigious hospitality leaders. Based in the South of France and working globally, Lindsay is a self-described industry disrupter, making it her mission to ensure each project has a strong differentiation and strategy at its heart. Her solid expertise and attention to detail comes from managing and opening over 75 spas and experiencing numerous yoga and meditation retreats and taking part in wellness related trainings. That combined with traveling to over 60 countries across the world, fuels her desire to grow within the wellness space, bringing full embodiment and authenticity to her projects.
She has had the honor to be selected as a judge for ten consecutive years for the World Spa & Wellness Awards, as well as being a contributor to several industry publications and a public speaker at some of the biggest events around the world, including the Global Wellness Summit, World Spa & Wellness, Professional Beauty, and Fit Summit making her a sought-after contributor within the wellness world
Lindsay’s broad experience includes 7 years as the Global Director of Wellbeing of Accor, as well as luxury brands such as Raffles, Fairmont, and Orient Express. Lindsay was leading the global well-being strategy starting from brand creation and programming to project management, design, and pre-opening. Having recently taken part in the Cambridge University Sustainability Leadership program for Sustainable Real Estate for the Build Environment, Lindsay uses this knowledge to genuinely elevate and transform brands through design and programming.
