Jane has extensive experience in pre-opening and managing large scale Spa, Wellness and Retail projects for luxury hotel brands such as Mandarin Oriental, Park Hyatt, Shangri-La, etc. She is a proved leader with sharp business acumen and innovative approach, has been an invited speaker for many key industry summit and forum such as Cosmoprof Asia, etc. Started her career as membership manager, Jane got the chance to explore the Spa and wellness world from marketing, finance and guests experience perspective, and have a deep understanding that the perfect balance between wellness innovation and financial profitability is the very key to the success of the projects. Jane is currently the cluster director of Spa and Fitness, overseeing two Forbes starred, award – winning flagship projects under Marriott with top financial performance – W Hong Kong and The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. She is also the Spa advisory board member for Marriott International Asia Pacific, providing business and operational consulting service or pre-opening support to various projects under luxury brands such as The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, W, etc. to help improve overall financial performance and operational excellence of Spa, wellness and retail for Asia Pacific.
