Emmett Williams GAICD is a globally recognised leader in the health and fitness industry. As a founding partner of Myzone, he helped scale the wearable tech company to over 9,000 gyms and 2.5 million users worldwide. After more than a decade in the USA, he is now based again in Australia, serving as both the Chair of AUSactive and also Council Member of the Global Health & Fitness Alliance (GHFA)—organisations focused on advancing, protecting, and promoting the sector through research and advocacy to government. Emmett has worked extensively with the Federal Parliament in Australia through his leadership of the Fit For Office initiative, championing the role of preventative health in national policy. He is also an AUSactive Roll of Honour inductee, recognised for his outstanding contribution to the industry. Emmett is also a speaker at Beyond Activ World in Singapore.
