Martin is an industry veteran with 20+ years of senior roles across Germany, Benelux, Asia and Australia. In recent years he led an up-market repositioning of Fitness First in the UK and Germany by (i) investing in people and simplifying processes, (ii) modernizing the fitness product and (iii) refurbishing clubs resulting in strong like-for-like improvements in major KPIs. Over the last 2 years he has built a multi-brand organisation acquiring the rights of best-in-class brands like Barrys, Club Pilates, Pure barre next to the traditional gym models SmileX, Elbgym and Fitness First.
