Łukasz Dojka is a serial entrepreneur and founder of Xtreme Fitness Gyms, the fastest-growing fitness franchise chain in Poland.
Łukasz began his career in 2000 as gym staff at Powerhouse Gym USA, steadily advancing his experience while working for top fitness operators in the US and UK. In 2012, he returned to his home country of Poland and opened his first gym in a basement. After three years, the chain had grown to three small locations, sparking the development of the franchise concept. Following a few more years of growth and reaching eight locations, Łukasz launched the first franchise gym in 2016, achieving remarkable success. Today, Xtreme Fitness Gyms is the largest fitness franchise chain in Poland, with nearly 100 locations.
Looking ahead to 2025, the company plans to expand by adding another 50+ locations and aims to begin international expansion within two years. In 2024, the organization evolved into “Xtreme Brands,” introducing a new franchise concept, Xtreme Kids, further solidifying its position as a leader in the fitness and lifestyle industry.
Łukasz is also a speaker at Beyond Activ EMEA in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
