Zoe Wall

Zoe Wall is Vice President, SIRO and Wellness for Kerzner International.

Zoe is an accomplished leader and spa expert with 15 years of international experience and renowned for her expertise in the Middle Eastern & Asian market. She specialises in large volume spa operations, pre-opening setup, concept design and brand distribution. An industry all-rounder, Zoe began her career as a therapist working for Steiner, the largest and most renowned company that operates spas at sea. Zoe progressed to managing spas for Royal Caribbean International & Norwegian Cruise Lines biggest vessels. Moving to Dubai in 2008, pre-openings included Atlantis The Palm which at the time, was the biggest spa in the Middle East, with 27 treatment rooms and a team of 100+ staff.

After many years in operations, Zoe ventured into business development for luxury skincare Natura Bissé within the Middle East, Indian Ocean and India. Managing and maintaining a portfolio of accounts including existing business and developing new partnerships with international hotel chains. As Group Director of Spa for MSpa International, her role consists of overseeing spas’ in Asia consisting of 45 properties within the Anantara and AVANI portfolio in South East Asia, China and the Maldives including management of the spas at St Regis Bangkok and JW Marriott Phuket. Zoe role focuses on ensuring the success of all spas within the region by driving performance of the spas to maximize revenue and profit while delivering the brand promise to the highest standards. As well as overseeing operations, her role covers all new pre-opening projects including, concept design, brand identity and financial strategy for all upcoming spa projects.

Zoe is also a speaker at Beyond Activ EMEA in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
