Elika is a certified Nutrition & Energy Coach, Restaurateur, and Consultant. She is known for her rebellious approach to making health more realistic by providing the lifestyle tools & resources to implement. A trusted advisor and expert at lifestyle changes for successful business leaders & entrepreneurs who use her concierge services to curate optimal energy & support to implement lifestyle changes. Following years of corporate burnout, frustration with yo-yo dieting and lack of nutritional support available from personal trainers, Elika set course on a path to healthy living, an evolved relationship with food, balancing a social calendar and overcoming the challenges of running operations in the hospitality industry.
In a quest to heal her own body, Elika sought answers in Bali, NYC, and traveled extensively to Australia, Costa Rica and India whilst examining modern science, ancient wisdom and forgotten traditions. She studied innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and hundreds of dietary theories including Ayurveda, Gluten-Free, Paleo, Raw Vegan, Keto, Macrobiotics, and everything in between. Her health challenges included insomnia, sugar cravings, lack of energy, food intolerances, adrenal fatigue, chronic stress, PCOS, hormonal imbalance and a desire to reduce body fat, whilst increasing muscle mass. In 2015, Elika founded Kitchen by Food Rebel, an organic restaurant in Singapore’s financial district. She learn how to operate one of the most challenging intense industries within hospitality and honed chef skills, inventory costing and management and recipe creation. After acquisition and the opportunity to reinvent during COVID, Elika saw a need for a safe space, which now takes part in her latest business concept.

Elika is a graduate of the University of Huddersfield, United Kingdom with a BA (Hons) in Business. Post-graduation, Elika attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City where she was certified as a Health Coach. In addition, Elika studied at the Seeds of Life Culinary School in Bali to become a Certified Raw Food Chef.
