Nathaniel Farouz

Nathaniel Farouz is Managing Director, Senior Living at Keppel.

Nathaniel Farouz, based in Singapore, has dedicated over a decade to the Senior Living Industry. Since November 2021, he has assumed the Managing Director of Senior Living role at Keppel and launched the “Sindora” brand in Asia. Sindora’s inaugural project is a 400-bed assisted living community in Nanjing, China, designed to provide a fun and supportive environment that addresses the comprehensive needs of its residents.

Prior to this, Nathaniel served as the CEO at ORPEA in Asia, contributing to the growth of a multi-thousand-bed network of nursing homes, senior living communities, and rehabilitation hospitals in the region. Nathaniel advocates for innovative Senior Living and Eldercare concepts, emphasizing environments where seniors feel cared for and independent. He believes in empowering communities where lifestyle and care coexist in harmony regardless of the residents’ age or conditions. Before entering the Senior Living industry, Nathaniel Farouz worked in strategy and M&A for various multinational companies in Beijing and Kunming (Yunnan Province, China). 

Nathaniel Farouz holds a Master’s in Management from HEC Paris and a Master’s of Public Affairs from Sciences Po. He also studied Gerontology at La Sorbonne University and Anthropology at Harvard University. He speaks French, English and Chinese.
