José Teixeira is the Head of Customer Experience at SC Fitness – Solinca Classic (22 clubs), Solinca Light (10 clubs) and Element (11 clubs and growing). He is responsible for the Fitness, Personal Training, Nutrition, Kids Activities, Membership, Quality, Business Intelligence and Omnichannel Departments. With 20 years of experience in the Fitness Industry as Sales consultant, Club Manager, Area Manager and Operations Director, José is a Co-Autor of the book: “Balanced Scorecard. Strategy and Management Control in Gyms and Health Clubs.” He has attained a Degree in Sports, specializing in Sports Management, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Sports Management.
