Kristen Green

With over 30 years Industry experience, Kristen Green is the General Manager and co-founder of the multi award winning Aquafit, located in South West Sydney, Australia. In 2004, Kristen was selected to deliver the start-up business of Aquafit for the Campbelltown Catholic Club. Aquafit is often cited as an example of industry best practice in Australia and is recognised as one of the most awarded fitness businesses in the country. Kristen is a highly regarded thought leader, accomplished presenter and a regular contributor to industry journals and magazines. In 2018, Kristen was the first Australian recipient of the prestigious IHRSA Woman Leader Award. In 2020, Kristen was awarded the Club Manager of the Year at the Australian Fitness Awards, and in 2021 inducted into the AUSactive Industry Roll of Honour. Kristen was a previous Board Member of Fitness NSW in 2008 & 2009. In 2006 Kristen was awarded Fitness NSW’s Award for ‘Outstanding Contribution to the Industry’. Kristen holds an MBA (Distinction) and a Bachelor of Sports Science (Exercise Science).
