Jarett Perelmutter

Jarett “JP” Perelmutter is senior vice president, international business development at Purpose Brands, LLC, the world’s largest portfolio of fitness and wellness franchise brands, including Orangetheory Fitness, Anytime Fitness, The Bar Method and more.

He joined Orangetheory Fitness in 2023 and is tasked with identifying and building opportunities, relationships, and strategies to accelerate worldwide growth of the Purpose Brands portfolio. His career in the global wellness industry spans more than 25 years in both entrepreneurial and senior leadership roles. Prior to Orangetheory Fitness, he was a member of the Crossfit leadership team, serving as global head of affiliate business development. Previously, he was CEO and founder of Brick Nation, a local fitness center that grew from one location in West Hollywood, California to 11 locations in the U.S., Spain and the UAE.

He also spent more than a decade in business-to-business and direct-to-consumer physical and digital product consulting, building development and growth strategies for a private label sporting goods manufacturer, software developer and credit card provider.

Early in his career, he was the founder of a U.S. manufacturer of skis, snowboards and skateboards. A $5,000 initial college project investment, he grew and exited the business within five years, a $20 million operation with 125 employees and a global sales network. Health and wellness has always been a passion and driving more life into local communities is JP’s number one purpose. A lifelong athlete, JP has competed in The CrossFit Games at the Regional and World levels. He holds multiple Black Belts in martial arts and has won five national and world kickboxing titles.
