The ‘Fit for Office’ campaign in partnership with AUSactive, engaged 26 Australian politicians in a physical activity challenge. This initiative sparked the conversation with government about the importance of exercise for physical and mental health.

Development of MZ-Open - due for release in Q1 2024 MZ-Open is a significant evolution of the platform that will allow users to join the community using their own smartwatch, opening the Myzone experience to millions of users.

The adoption of technology by fitness operators experienced significant growth in 2023, with utilisation of technology into the member journey and member experience now the ‘norm’. As this shift accelerates at scale we will start to see the true impact technology can have on our sector.
