It’s been another massive year for BFT - hitting our 250th open studio milestone, opening our first Hong Kong studio, selling our first territories into multiple new markets - Spain, Malaysia, and forecasted to finish the year with 280 open studios and a membership base of 63,000+. Our continued growth in existing markets has reinforced the success of the core product and the business model and our expansion into new global markets demonstrates how BFT translates seamlessly across the globe. With retention of staff and members being a major focus for the business over the last 12 months, we are proud to have had over 700 coaches through our bespoke certified Level Up education courses, driving coach retention and engagement, which in turn translates to member retention by providing better coaching to create more engaged communities. Our focus for 2024 is to continue to drive innovation and execution across our core product and member experience, maintaining high brand consistency and standards as our network continues to expand. 2024 will also see our partnership with Hyrox expand to include 6 APAC events, improving member retention and driving lead acquisition across our APAC studios.
