Sahil brings multifaceted experience in managing international benefits and wellbeing programs as a seasoned consultant as well as an in-house HR professional in healthcare and financial services’ industries.  He recently joined Aon as the Industry Practice Leader in the Human Capital group.  He is passionate about building sustainable solutions catering to today’s evolving workforce and balancing employee value proposition against business objectives and affordability.
