During his time in the corporate world, he experienced first-hand the benefits of exercise, recovery, mindfulness and nutritious foods as the essential, holistic formula for wellbeing.
Dean Kowarski was appointed Group CEO of Virgin Active in March 2022 when the company refinanced and took over his hospitality business – The Real Foods Group – where he was Founder and CEO.
