Seane Marie Faulkner leads product strategy and innovation for THE WELL —a one stop shop for wellness focused on whole-person care—where she drives wellness innovation and oversees the concept at properties across the portfolio. As one of the first team members, she has helped shape THE WELL since before they opened their doors.
With over 15 years of experience in product development, brand marketing, and strategy, Seane Marie launched and built iconic consumer brands prior to joining THE WELL. As VP of Brand Marketing at WTRMLN WTR, she oversaw triple-digit growth of the brand through to its eventual acquisition by Caribe Juice. She also led brand marketing for Health Warrior, a plant-based superfood brand later acquired by PepsiCo, and at Bai, a functional beverage brand acquired by Dr. Pepper Snapple Group for $1.7 billion. Before entering the wellness sector, she began her career launching luxury fashion brands in retailers like Bloomingdale’s, Fred Segal, and Neiman Marcus. Recognized as a compassionate, creative, and resourceful leader, Seane’s customer first mindset powers her approach to product and innovation strategy—focusing above all on building products and brands that captivate, engage, and delight.
