Eric Keller is Regional Vice President of Franchising (The Americas and Pacific) at Self Esteem Brands.
Eric Keller leads the international business teams supporting Canada, Mexico, and Latin America as well as Australia and New Zealand. In partnership with our master franchisees, he is responsible for driving whitespace growth, system-wide revenues, brand standards, and franchise best practices in the regions. He and his team support the master franchise partners to create a measurable impact on the health of consumers on a global scale, and the success of local franchisees.
He has been at the vanguard of the international development for Anytime Fitness since 2009, supporting regions across the globe including the UK, Europe, India, Japan, and Asia and celebrating the growth of nearly 3,000 international units and counting. Prior to 2009, he served as the domestic vice president of franchise support, working with hundreds of franchisees and multi-unit operators across the U.S. Eric opened the first Anytime Fitness location in 2002 and went on to open several more before coming back to support the growing franchise network with his long-time colleagues and co-founders, Chuck Runyon and Dave Mortensen. As a self-professed “gym rat,” he began his career in the fitness industry in 1995. Eric is an IFA Certified Franchise Executive and holds a B.S. of Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota. He currently resides in Woodbury, MN, along with his wife Celeste, his 3 adult children, and their spoiled dog Paco.
