Wesley Chee is Co-Founder & CEO of Physio and Sole Clinic Group.

Physio And Sole Clinic Group is Singapore’s largest private allied health clinic chain providing physiotherapy and podiatry services. It was awarded the SkillsFuture Employer Award (Gold) in 2023 for its achievement in building a lifelong learning culture and recognising skills and mastery in the career development of their employees. While Physio & Sole Clinic established Mr Chee as a leader in physiotherapy, his entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond a single business. He’s a visionary entrepreneur who is actively shaping a more collaborative and innovative healthcare landscape in Singapore. This has led him to co-found or be involved in various complementary healthcare businesses such as healthcare management consulting, allied health professional training, general practice clinics as well as a mobile health screening service for babies. Mr Chee is a firm believer of integrating a network of services that offer patients a more comprehensive and streamlined healthcare experience. His leadership and dedication has garnered recognition beyond Physio & Sole Clinic Group. He is a recipient of both the prestigious Public Service Medal (Covid-19) – PBM – Pingat Bakti Masyarakat and The Covid Resilience Medal for outstanding contributions to Singapore’s fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.
