Dustin Grosz

With 30+ years of experience in the fitness industry, Dustin Grosz joined Precor as a CEO since February 2023.

Starting at the bottom and working himself up as an executive, holding over 20 different positions in his career has given him a unique skillset to understand how the business works operationally and globally across many departments to best support the customer. Originally starting with a direct-to-consumer business Bowflex where the business was less than $10M in revenue and seeing it grow to over $685M. In the past 15 years he has been best known for being an executive for taking underperforming or bankrupt fitness companies and turning them around onto a successful path forward.

Dustin is also a speaker at Beyond Activ Americas in NYC, USA.
