One of the major achievement in 2023 was the introduction of our newest product, the REV. A revolutionary bike and the only of its kind in the world that features a unique vibration technology to maximize the intensity of the workouts. The research and results just on delivering increased VO2 impact in short period of time is world-class.

The new partnerships we forged with fantastic companies in the industry with the likes of Myzone, Ziva and others to continue to bring value to the customers and enhance people’s lives.
Some in APAC are still in ‘recovery’ mode and our industry has changed. While Big Box gyms are still going through the process of rebuilding their business model, we are seeing a shift to a smaller more boutique concept. We expect an accelerated growth in the franchises model to smaller footprint and 24-hour access.
What is most exciting is the trend we are seeing to the concept of the importance of ‘Recovery’. While the industry is still trying to define what this means, it is a movement in the right direction. At Power Plate, we have been leaders in the concept of Preparation & Recovery for over 20 years, glad to see the industry gaining more acceptance to this concept. We believe thought leaders like Richard Boyd and Ian O’Dwyer have been leader for the last 20 years in defining the concept of ‘Recovery, along with preparation’.
