David Weston

David Weston is Managing Director, Buyout and Late-Stage Growth at HighPost Capital and speaker at Beyond Activ Americas in NYC, USA.

David is responsible for identifying, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities.  David currently sits on the board of Centr.  Prior to joining HighPost in July 2023, David was a Partner at North Castle Partners, a private equity firm focused on making investments in consumer-driven product and service businesses that promote health and wellness based in Greenwich, CT.  Over his 16 years at North Castle, David focused his efforts on the execution and oversight of private equity investments across a variety of sectors including fitness, health & beauty services, amongst others. He served on the boards of Barry’s, CR Fitness (Crunch Fitness), Encore Vet Group, EWC Growth (European Wax Center), HydroMassage and Mack Weldon. Prior to joining North Castle in 2007, David worked as an Analyst in investment banking in the retail and consumer group at Credit Suisse. David earned a B.B.A. with high distinction in Finance and Accounting from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
