Jen is the author of How to Love Your Body as Much as Your Baby, a powerful resource that speaks directly to mums navigating their postnatal body and identity. Through her work, she champions the importance of evidence-based, person-centred care, challenging outdated fitness norms and calling for a collaborative approach between exercise professionals and pelvic health physiotherapists.
