Michelle has held pivotal roles within Xplor for over a decade, including her most recent position as Chief Commercial Officer for Australia/New Zealand, where she led sales, marketing, account management, and client services, overseeing a team of 100+ colleagues and serving more than 5,000 clients. Beyond her corporate success, Michelle is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and remedial massage therapist. Her fitness career spans over a decade in London, UK, where she not only led group fitness sessions and personal training but also managed health clubs.
