Benjamin Nazarian

Benjamin Nazarian currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Therabody, a leading global tech wellness company rooted in science and technology, based out of Los Angeles, California. Nazarian graduated from University of Southern California (USC), with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and later his Juris Doctorate from the Law Center at USC. Previously, he served as the Managing Partner of Omninet Capital, a private real estate firm, where he still serves on the Investment Committee. In 2015, Nazarian met his now business partner, Dr. Jason Wersland, inventor of Theragun. Inspired by Dr. Jason’s passion and dedication to spread the life-changing effects of Theragun, the two officially launched Theragun in 2016. Since then, together they have launched four generations of Theragun devices, beginning with the G1 in 2016 and most recently in May 2020, the Theragun PRO, Elite, Prime, and mini. With a mission to have everybody experience Theragun and its life-changing benefits, Nazarian spearheaded Therabody’s global expansion to more than 60 countries. With the launch of its 4th generation percussive massage therapy devices, Theragun rebranded to Therabody, continuing its mission to provide natural wellness product solutions through innovation in the percussive m​assage therapy space as well as launching its own proprietary U.S. grown CBD line, TheraOne — becoming the first brand to ever garner the USDA Certified Organic seal across its entire product line. Integral to Theragun’s rapid growth has been its commitment to research and development and education — Theragun pioneered the percussive massage therapy industry, and now with its evolution into Therabody, Nazarian continues the commitment to remaining a leader in the wellness space with ground-breaking innovations.
