Conor O’Loughlin

Conor O’Loughlin began his career as a professional rugby player for a 9-year period with Connacht where he developed a deep appreciation for fitness and technology.

He subsequently spent 12 years building a web and app development business which provided tech services on a consultancy basis. Through this business Conor launched Glofox in 2016, using software to drive business success for fitness operators around the world. Conor is an inspirational leader who leads his team with a values-led ethos, a strong moral compass and has the ability to bring tenacity to all elements of his leadership role.

As the Chief Revenue Officer of ABC Fitness, Conor is responsible for developing strategy and integrating functions for all revenue-generating activities.
Conor has a BSc in Business Information Services from the University of Galway and an MBS in Masters Business Studies and Finance from UCD Dublin. Conor stays closely connected to his professional rugby background and is a former Executive Board Member for Ruby Players Ireland the current Chairperson of the professional rugby committee for Connacht Rugby. He is also a speaker at Beyond Activ Americas in Dallas, USA.
