Having spent over 30 years in the property industry, Joe Abboud is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Trifalga, one of Australia’s leading privately-owned property development companies.
With a proven track record and a development pipeline of $1b+, Trifalga has extensive experience in urban planning and development, design, real estate brokerage, NextGen technology and investment. At its helm, Joe has proved to be an exceptional leader, driving the development, mentoring and leadership of high-performance teams along with ensuring the delivery of key performance indicators. He is also adept at procuring and sourcing new capital partnerships, deal execution, auditing and governance both in Australia and overseas, particularly throughout the Middle East.
In 2017, Joe embarked on opening the first F45 Training studio in Lebanon, successfully introducing the concept to the local market. Witnessing the transformative impact of F45 in Lebanon, he recognized the potential to expand its reach and foster healthier communities across the region. This led him to negotiate an exclusive rollout deal for F45 in Lebanon and ultimately acquire the master franchise for the MENA region. As CEO of F45 MENA HQ, Joe’s primary mission is to expand the brand, promote the ultimate fitness training experience, and foster a greater sense of community in key markets such as the KSA and UAE. With these countries leading regional growth, the future holds exciting prospects ahead for building healthier, more connected societies.
