Viva Leisure has secured a 25% strategic stake in World Gym Australia, alongside acquiring three corporate World Gym locations in Queensland. This $16.7 million transaction strengthens Viva’s position in the premium big-box segment and adds 169,000 members to the network, unlocking new growth, technology and revenue opportunities.

Viva Leisure delivered the strongest results in its history, with revenue rising to $211.3 million and membership expanding to more than 620,900 across 491 locations. Growth was driven by strong organic performance, strategic acquisitions and a 127.7% increase in Technology, Payments, Licensing & Services revenue
