Neha Motwani is the Co-Founder and CEO at Fitternity. Along with her Co-Founder and COO, Jayam Vora, Fitternity- a one-stop destination for fitness was founded in early 2014. Fitternity leads the health & fitness revolution in India enabling consumers to embark on their fitness & wellbeing journey. With 600K Monthly Active Users and sales of $16 million ARR (Grown 3X in the last 12 months) – Fitternity aims to make fitness in India easy, cost-effective, and sustainable. Blue-chip VC funds like Sixth Sense Ventures, Exfinity Ventures, and marquee investors like Patni family office, Taparia family office, Salgaocar family office, and Anjali Bansal have invested in Fitternity. Prior to Fitternity, Neha has worked with Aon Hewitt and has over 5 years of experience across HR and Risk consulting. Neha holds a Bachelor’s in Management Studies from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics and has an MBA from Welingkar Institute of Management & Research.
