Nadine Kemp is General Manager, Recreation at YMCA Victoria.
Nadine’s extensive leadership experience includes leading teams in the Recreation, Aquatic and Fitness industry for over 25 years. During this time, she has helped shaped the careers of current and future leaders in the Y and within the wider fitness and recreation industry. She has shared this experience, learnings and successes with the broader industry presenting at numerous aquatics, recreation and fitness business events.
Nadine’s background includes leading teams in commercial health clubs, council owned and operated facilities and a wide variety of YMCA managed facilities. As Nadine’s current role as General Manager – Recreation, she leads all YMCA managed facilities across Victoria and the South Australia Aquatic and Leisure Centre.
Nadine is also a speaker at Beyond Activ APAC in Sydney.
