1. Strengthening how our brands serve different consumer needs:
We sharpened our core value proposition, Greater Together, to define how each brand supports today’s consumer needs across fitness, long term health and community. This gives us a stronger platform for growth, which is also supported by key upgrades in our tech stack and AI adoption across the network.

2. New products and formats to widen our addressable market:
We launched FitPass, a credit based product that gives consumers flexible access across our brands and broadens the ways people can join our ecosystem. In Indonesia, we expanded with four new GoFit clubs, strengthening a high value format designed to scale quickly across the region.

“2025 was about bringing our brands and our communities closer together. We strengthened the equity of our premium brands, prioritised locations that deliver the strongest member experiences and pushed hyper personalised Personal Training grounded in actual training patterns and individual health needs. FitPass expanded our entry points as we innovated our membership mix, while GoFit continued to scale as a key growth driver. In 2026, we will focus on stronger in club experiences, deeper personalisation and the use of technology including AI to build community, support diverse wellness needs and position the network for long term growth.
