João Barbosa

João Barbosa is Co-Founder of Wellhub (formerly Gympass), the global corporate wellbeing platform that exists so everyone can check in with wellbeing, every day.

Since 2012, he has helped grow the company from a gym-network startup into a global platform, guided by the belief that Wellhub and the fitness industry grow stronger together. He has played a key role in building the company’s partner ecosystem and expanding its international presence, leading operations in Brazil, Mexico and Italy. Today, he serves as a Board Member and Chairman of Wellhub’s Global Advisory Board for Partners, strengthening relationships with industry leaders worldwide and creating new opportunities to make wellbeing part of people’s everyday lives. João is also a speaker at Beyond Activ Americas in Dallas, USA.
