Jillian Sanchez

Jillian Sanchez is Vice President, Construction & Content at Flynn Group‘s Planet Fitness division, where she leads construction strategy and execution across new development, remodel, and reinvestment initiatives.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning construction and operations, she brings a proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and scalable growth. Working cross-functionally across the organization, Jillian partners with stakeholders to improve construction processes, strengthen execution standards, and enhance delivery predictability across the portfolio. She is passionate about developing high-performing teams and building sustainable systems that support long-term business success.

Outside of Construction, Jillian enjoys boating and spending time with her family and three rescue Yorkies. She resides in the South Florida market. Jillian is also a speaker at Beyond Activ Americas in Dallas, USA.
