William J. Febbo is CEO and Director of Performance Health Systems (PHS), the company behind Power Plate® and bioDensity™.

Febbo’s vision is to take Power Plate, a category-leading product, to the next level by pairing its core offering with AI-driven technology. The goal is to leverage a clinically credible, proven modality to optimize human functional mobility through bespoke, curated health and wellness journeys for people across a wide range of ages, fitness levels, needs, and challenges. Febbo brings more than 30 years of executive, entrepreneurial, and investment experience in healthcare and technology-driven businesses. As CEO of OptimizeRx Corporation (NASDAQ: OPRX) from 2015 to 2024, he transformed the company from a single point-of-care product provider into an AI-driven omnichannel platform.

During his tenure, revenue grew from $5 million to $92 million, and market capitalization rose from $25 million to a peak of $1.4 billion in 2021. Febbo currently serves on the boards of LifeMD (NASDAQ: LFMD), Myomo (NYSE:MYO), and Paynela, advising on the growth of virtual healthcare and wellness services. He is an MIT-affiliated faculty member and mentor in the linQ program, supporting biomedical innovations that address major health and medical challenges and a Mentor for the X & Y Class at Harvard Business School taught by Randy Cohen. He lives in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with his wife and three children.
