Dion Camp Sanders

Dion Camp Sanders has served as Peloton’s Chief Commercial Officer since April 2025.

As the Chief Commercial Officer, he has P&L responsibility for many of Peloton’s revenue generating lines of business, including first-party and third-party retail, inside sales, Peloton Bike rental and sales of pre-owned refurbished equipment, international strategy and operations, Peloton for Business B2B channels, Precor, and the M&A and business development functions.

Prior to his appointment as Chief Commercial Officer, Sanders served as Peloton’s Chief Emerging Business Officer from September 2022 through April 2025, Chief Strategy Officer from August 2021 through September 2022, and SVP, Head of Strategy, Corporate Development and M&A from January 2019 through April 2021.

Prior to joining Peloton in 2019, Sanders held various executive positions within the consumer internet and digital media sectors, including roles serving as EVP, Corporate Development at Leaf Group, 4.5 years serving as VP, Emerging Businesses at The Walt Disney Company, and a 5-year stint within operating businesses of IAC/InterActiveCorp.

In addition to his role at Peloton, Sanders also sits on the Board of Directors at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and the Board of Directors at Daily Harvest, Inc.

Sanders attended Stanford University and earned a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996. He also earned a JD from the Pepperdine School of Law and an MBA from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in 2000.
