As a seasoned sports management professional, Andrew has over 20 years of experience in the industry. He is currently the Managing Director at QAV Life, where he oversees the strategic direction and operational excellence of the organization of the Hotels, F&B & Wellness Resort. Prior to this, He was the Cluster General Manager at ARGANA Resorts & Hotels, where he managed multiple facilities including an 18-hole golf course, a 5-star sports centre, and a luxurious F&B area. He also held the position of General Manager at Everyone Active – SLM, delivering continued growth for various facilities. His education background includes a degree in Sport Science and Management from Grimsby College, as well as certifications in ISO 2000 Quality Management, CHEK Exercise Coach, Postural Analysis Muscle Lengthen Relationship Levels 1 and 2, Squash Coaching Levels 1 and 2, and Nautilus Strength Training Principals, RPM and STAR TRAC. He has developed strong skills in sports marketing, marketing management, and sports management, which he applies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. His goal is to leverage his expertise and passion for sports to create value for his organization and the communities we serve. Andy is also a speaker at Beyond Activ EMEA in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
