Valerie is Head of Partnership Development at Asset World Corporation (AWC), responsible for key partner acquisition and collaboration in Hospitality, Retail, and Commercial sectors. She has successfully implemented various international partner initiatives and is looking towards creating new magnetic experiences and upgrading benchmark for development projects. She has over 10 years of experience in Thailand real estate sector. Previously, she has worked in the consulting industry at Ernst & Young and Prime Street Consulting before she moved to head the Business Development/ Investment department at Nusasiri Co. Ltd. and Singha Estate. She has experience and is responsible for many M&A investments, JV opportunities, asset disposals, product repositioning, and key partner/ operator service agreement. Including the acquisition of an industrial estate, shares in power plants, CBD office buildings, portfolios of hotels, theme parks, asset repositioning, and multiple partnership deals for the Maldives mega-project. She has also worked in marketing function, oversaw pricing schemes, promotion campaigns, and led launch of overseas roadshows for real estate development projects.
