This wholly owned subsidiary company of Frankston City Council, is focused on improving lives by inspiring activity and connection. Peninsula Leisure manages the flagship PARC facility in Frankston, the seasonal Pines Forest Aquatic Centre, in Frankston’s North and the Frankston Skatepark. Within this agile model of management, Kath and her talented team have also committed to tackling more, with a specific mission that ‘Every Child in Frankston Can Swim’, aiming to support a reduction in drowning incidents on the Peninsula.
