Dorothy Kilroy is Chief Commercial Officer at OURA, the company behind Oura Ring, the smart ring that delivers personalized health data, insights, and daily guidance.
As ŌURA’s first-ever Chief Commercial Officer, Dorothy (Dor) leads the company’s Business Development, Partnerships, and Sales and Operations, which positions ŌURA as the leading partner for organizations that want to keep their people healthy, safe, and productive, and drives go-to-market efforts and revenue at ŌURA. Dorothy prioritizes ŌURA’s partnership efforts and executes deals that impact the business, expanding market presence, brand awareness, scientific credibility, and sales. Also under Dor’s purview is the growth of ŌURA’s efforts in corporate wellness, women’s health commercial efforts, and human performance, which includes work done with various branches of the U.S. military.
Prior to ŌURA, Dorothy spent nearly eight years at Airbnb, where she led the Host Community and the Superhost program. Before Airbnb, Dor was the VP of Business Development and Revenue at Marqeta, and before that, she worked at Visa as the Director of Product for loyalty solutions. She has also held senior leadership roles at KPMG. Dor is also a speaker at Beyond Activ Americas in Dallas, USA.
