Jing Fang Ong is Chief, Population Health at National Healthcare Group.
Jing Fang has 20 years of diverse public services and healthcare experience, including direct patient care and healthcare operations. A graduate in Prosthetist and Orthotist from the University of Salford, she began her career as a Prosthetist and Orthotist at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. Her career trajectory demonstrates versatility across healthcare policy and operations. At the Ministry of Health, she held various positions in manpower planning, healthcare financing and primary and community care policies and development. Her operational capabilities were demonstrated during her tenure as Assistant Chief Operating Officer at National University Polyclinics. As Chief (Population Health) in NHG’s Population Health campus, Jing Fang currently oversees the development and implementation of population health strategies, enablers, focused on preventive health and aged care systems to advance NHG’s Population Health mission of Adding Years of Healthy Life. She also oversees shared services, namely NHG Pharmacy, NHG Diagnostics, Tele-nursing service and Digital Shared services and steers the development of NHG’s One Service Experience, under the ambit of the One Service Experience Steering Committee.
