Dee Truong is Group Chief Commercial Officer at Hoan My Medical Corporation, Vietnam’s largest private healthcare provider, overseeing a network of 19 hospitals and clinics nationwide.
Dee Truong is a senior executive with over a decade of leadership experience across healthcare, training, and wellness sectors in Vietnam and Canada. At Hoan My, Dee leads the group’s commercial strategy, including sales, marketing, branding, partnerships, digital performance, and business development. She is also responsible for the organization’s top-line revenue performance, supporting both sustainable growth and a strong patient experience focus across the network. In addition to her corporate role, Dee is the Co-Founder of MDT Training, a leadership and professional development firm where she now serves in an advisory capacity. In 2019, Dee became co-owner and CEO of VITA Clinic, Vietnam’s largest chain of beauty & wellness clinics, which she helped expand before exiting the business in 2024. Dee is a graduate of McGill University and HEC Montréal, fluent in English, French, and Vietnamese, with additional working proficiency in Spanish and Mandarin. She currently represents McGill as its Ambassador to Vietnam, supporting educational and professional exchanges across borders. Dee brings a cross-sector perspective to the evolving intersection of healthcare, wellness, and commercial innovation, with a focus on access, sustainability, and patient-centered strategy.
