Tara Jarrett is the Founder and CEO of @pilates 24/7, Australia’s first and only 24-hour Reformer Pilates franchise.
A passionate entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience across the education, fitness, retail, and health industries, Tara has built multiple successful ventures by combining innovation with a deep understanding of what people need to thrive. Holding a Bachelor of Education and multiple fitness qualifications, including certifications in Pilates, personal training, and group fitness, Tara’s background combines deep industry knowledge with a passion for teaching, business development, and helping others succeed.
Founded during the 2021 COVID lockdowns, @pilates 24/7 was created to make Reformer Pilates more accessible, affordable, and flexible. At the heart of the model is a proprietary Class Delivery Platform — a digital system that delivers on-demand workouts in-studio, personalises member experiences, and gives franchisees powerful tools to run efficient, tech-enabled businesses. The hybrid model blends convenience with expert support and community programs, providing Pilates “when you want it, and support when you need it.”
Since franchising in 2022, @pilates 24/7 has grown rapidly, with 35 studios across Australia and New Zealand and more than 50 projected by the end of 2025.
Tara is known for her down-to-earth leadership, practical mindset, and ability to translate complex challenges into scalable, digital-first business models. She continues to lead with creativity, purpose, and a drive to empower others to build meaningful, future-ready ventures.
