Mark Chay

Incoming Secretary General of the Singapore National Olympic Council (SNOC), Mark Chay Jung Jun is a Singaporean Nominated Member of Parliament and freestyle swimmer who has represented the country at the Summer Olympics.

Mark is currently the chief development officer of Global Esports Federation, a non-governmental organisation headquartered in Singapore that promotes esports. From Apr 1 2025, he will become the next secretary general of the Singapore National Olympic Council (SNOC). Mark is also a speaker at Beyond Activ World in Singapore.
