Magdalena Schoeman is the General Manager – Sales at Belgravia Health & Fitness.
Magdalena has a diverse background and wealth of experience in both business and fitness; having owned multiple companies, while concurrently studying her MBA. As a former Miss New Zealand, the fitness industry became a lifestyle for Magdalena. Working as a celebrity personal trainer, she was then an award-winning club manager before moving into franchise sales with one of the largest international fitness groups. Using her expertise to help prospective franchisees achieve their dreams of owning their own rewarding business.
Outside of her formal role, she is a committed advocate for organizations supporting women affected by domestic violence. The throughline between this advocacy and franchising work is simple: when we empower one person- through support, opportunity, or belief- we create ripple effects that endure. That, to her, is the true evolution of franchising: using our platforms not just to grow business, but to grow people.
