Leah Simmons is a certified Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Kundalini Yoga Teacher. With over 15 years experience in the Health and Wellness industry, Leah soon realised that there was more to good health than just training your physical body. She began to understand the importance of mental wellbeing as a key part of overall health and dedicated her training to discovering new ways to support her clients. Leah created KAAIAA; a fitness program designed to not only cultivate a strong, lean body, but help people build more self-esteem, greater resilience and the confidence to go beyond what they think is possible. Leah is an educator, a mum, a speaker and a media personality with a raw, honest and authentic approach to life.
