Andy Chamoun is the Executive General Manager for Fitness & Lifestyle Group (FLG) in Australia, overseeing a portfolio of more than 220 health clubs across leading brands including Goodlife Health Clubs, Fitness First, and Zap Fitness. 

With a distinguished career in the fitness and wellness industry, Andy is responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and strategic growth across one of the largest fitness networks in the Asia-Pacific region. His leadership is underpinned by a strong focus on member experience, team culture, and long-term sustainability. Andy is widely regarded for his disciplined execution, strategic insight, and commitment to innovation in an ever-evolving health and wellness landscape.
