Our 2026 Lifetime Achievement Award recipient is Leon McNiece, Founder & CEO of TotalFusion. Leon has dedicated more than 30 years to redefining fitness and wellness, including co‑founding Goodlife Health Clubs in Australia. He then spearheaded the rapid expansion of Snap Fitness across Australia and New Zealand, helping grow the brand to more than 200 clubs. Most recently, Leon has taken on a new chapter of industry leadership by partnering in the World Gym Australia master franchise, supporting the next phase of that brand’s growth across the region. For nearly a decade, he has also been the visionary force behind TotalFusion, one of Australia’s most iconic club groups and a benchmark of excellence in converging health, fitness and wellness. Across his career, Leon has positively impacted millions of members and thousands of employees, helping shape Australia’s fitness and wellness landscape into the powerhouse it is today. A homegrown Melbourne boy, and with TotalFusion launching its first Victorian club this year, it feels only fitting to bring him home and honour his extraordinary contribution.
